Cancer-prevention cooking (Smoothie mix)

School menus for this week in area school districts and the David L. Carrasco Job Corps Center. All meals include milk: Monday -- Breakfast: cereal, graham crackers, fruit or juice. Lunch: breaded beef steak, potatoes au gratin, cherry cobbler, wheat roll, ketchup.
