Making your own baby food can be as easy as 1-2-3 (Blender smoothie)

Like so many things in life, the best rule of thumb when it comes to making food for babies is to keep it simple. That means steamed and pureed food with no salt or sugar. In fact, the only spice should be variety, which helps prevent food allergies, experts say.
The best desserts take something healthy and make it deliciously sinful - think carrot cake or apple pie. That's why I was pleased to discover tofu desserts.
